DevOps Research and Assessment (DORA) is a research program at Google Cloud that uses behavioral science to investigate the practices, capabilities, and organizational techniques employed by high performance technology teams to impact organizational outcomes. DORA is most notable for it's annual State of DevOps Reports and for having identified the four key metrics thought to indicate the performance of software development teams.
